"We reached Krabi at 2 and then we had a sunset cruise booked and due to rains we got late. We reached the villas at 9 and by the time their kitchen was shut and they had no option of any kind of food. We had paid 52,000 INR for the villa but they cared a damn for it. We were so so hungry but had to go eat at a local restaurant. That’s a different thing that food was outstanding and we enjoyed so much. The villa staff was so rude and they did not care. All they kept saying was that we came late....

"Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und das Café/Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand geliebt, welcher für uns auch der beste Strand auf Koh Jum gewesen ist zum Schwimmen. Man konnte in dem Restaurant gut essen und die Preise waren auch vernünftig. Das Hotelpersonal war immer da um Fragen zu beantworten, Probleme wurden gut gelöst. "

"This was a very rural and quiet place. I had no idea where we were going. The view was breath taking. The staff were great and the customer service was great. There is one restaurant and everything closed at 9:00pm. They had a pool but the location of the resort is steps from the beach. If you want rest and relaxation, this is the place for you. Definitely not walkable. Getting here was a challenge but my husband and I loved it. "

"A great place to stay if you want to slow down and relax. The entire beach of which Bonhomie is located on the north end has a range of resorts with dining options also. Other than taking the warning to keep your bungalow closed up to stop the monkeys, we had a great stay for 12 days."

"The hotel is located on a beautiful beach. Its quiet and away from all the busyness at Tonsiar Pier. We are in our 40's and were happy we choose to stay away from the party area. The hotel has several eating options, we did the 4 hr tour Maya bay etc from the hotel and we were happy we didn't need to go to Tonsai pier to do this. We stayed for two nights and it worked for us. "Gorgeous hotel with excellent pool. We stayed in luxury double pool sea view room on 3rd floor. It is exactly like the pictures. Very clean pool, outstanding views. Great small beach area in front of hotel. Clean and large room. AC worked great. It took us a minute to learn to use the shower controls but usually the hot water worked ok. "Coco Beach is a very nice hotel. We stayed in a cabin in the front with a view of the beach and pool area. And we are very pleasant by that. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was nice and the level of service was high. We did know that Phi Phi is a loud island. But it is sad that the noise from the bars on the beach is that loud. And the walls of rooms at Coco Beach are very thin. But overall we recommend the hotel. "

"Not sure what goes on here regarding towels going missing on checkout as other people have had simular problems to us. I would take photos of towels every day after / if room has been serviced. Perhaps they havent been offering enough red fanta to the spirit house or Ban Yan tree. On checkin we had 2 bath towels and one hand towel, on checkout we left two bath towels and one hand towel. "The room was a little bit hot even with the conditioner air but the area was ideally for everything. The food at the restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The pool and the restaurant were our favorite things with such a lovely views. We would definitely recommend it."

We absolutely LOVE this hotel 💖

"Second time staying at this hotel, we came back because it was so good the first time. The room was immaculate, we were lucky to have a bottle of champagne and flowers on our arrival following our recent engagement, our family arranged this but we thought it was a lovely gesture of the hotel to offer. The staff are incredibly friendly and so quick to assist, they are always happy too. Happy staff = happy guests. There’s two pools, location is great. Out the way of the noise from the town but a 5-10 minute walk away if you wanted to go there. Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel and if we return to Krabi we will definitely stay here again. 10/10 from us! "

"This resort exceeded our expectations. The beach area behind the resort is wholesome. You're close to shopping. You can book boat tours near the reception desk. Breakfast is decent. Room service food is good overall. Location is great. We def recommend staying here to anyone! Only complaint was the loud annoying kids next door lol"
