"We reached Krabi at 2 and then we had a sunset cruise booked and due to rains we got late. We reached the villas at 9 and by the time their kitchen was shut and they had no option of any kind of food. We had paid 52,000 INR for the villa but they cared a damn for it. We were so so hungry but had to go eat at a local restaurant. That’s a different thing that food was outstanding and we enjoyed so much. The villa staff was so rude and they did not care. All they kept saying was that we came late....

"Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und das Café/Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand geliebt, welcher für uns auch der beste Strand auf Koh Jum gewesen ist zum Schwimmen. Man konnte in dem Restaurant gut essen und die Preise waren auch vernünftig. Das Hotelpersonal war immer da um Fragen zu beantworten, Probleme wurden gut gelöst. "

"This was a very rural and quiet place. I had no idea where we were going. The view was breath taking. The staff were great and the customer service was great. There is one restaurant and everything closed at 9:00pm. They had a pool but the location of the resort is steps from the beach. If you want rest and relaxation, this is the place for you. Definitely not walkable. Getting here was a challenge but my husband and I loved it. "

"Lovely hotel right on the most beautiful beach along the Leam Tong coast. Very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Really great that there is free transportation around the hotel area in golf carts, especially if you stay in rooms on the mountainside. The hotel looks nice, but needs a lot of love in many places. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant area needs a major cleaning."

"Luggage deliverer met us at the pier holding a sign and delivered our suitcases back to the hotel without us even contacting them. they also did delivery when we left. View was amazing. "The gym was great and the location is ideal. It’s still quiet at night while being minutes to down town Phi Phi. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the toilet barely flushed and shower drain super slow. Otherwise we loved it. The staff were wonderful. It’s clean and safe and very pretty even if it is a little dated. Enjoy! "

"The resort we were staying at was not available our first night ao we decided to try this hotel for one night. Based on the reviews we read we did not know what to expect. We found the hotel very quite and comfortable. It was clean and the service was very polite. It is about a 10 minute walk from the pier (but it is very flat) and since it is always hot it is important to find the porters at the dock (we did not and worked up a good sweat as a result). "We loved Railay Bay Resort and wish we stayed longer. I had 2 massages with Kate which were excellent. The only downside is the restaurant on location is quite average. The restaurant is very understaffed, but otherwise the rest of the resort seemed well taken care of with plenty of help. "

"This resort is huge! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean and comfortable. Main pool and beach area was awesome. There are limited pool chairs for how many guests there are and this hotel does not serve alcohol. There is a market walking street next door that has great shopping, massage salons, food options and bars. "
