"Don’t be fooled by the name of the hotel or the setting of the pool. The rooms are a disgrace and unsecure. The first bungalow we were given had a number of issues - no safe, damp, constantly dripping sink tap and shower, couldn’t lock the door properly, stains on sheets, one outside seat which was extremely rusty. We were given 3 coat hangers between the 2 of us. We complained about the lack of safe and they said they would provide one. They provided one however anyone could just walk out with...
