"First time I stayed in December I was given a drinks voucher. Have since stayed the last two weeks and none given. Two bags of crisps and two bottles of water are in the room on arrival but I have been told that they are not replaced until the third day. This week my room did not have water or crisps. Night before fly from city

"From the moment you walked through the door, reception staff were welcoming, our room was spotlessly clean, we had friends meet us for dinner at the hotel, food was amazing, Anwar (waiter) was tentative and offered advice, large comfortable beds, nothing too much trouble, we travel a lot and this is now our no1 hotel when we fly from London City Airport."
