"My first time staying here and will stay again every time im going to the excel, the room was clean and well kept. My only issue was i felt the staff at breakfast were a little miserable, why only 4 stars, saying good morning and accepting a customer saying thank you to you and not grunting a response are little things that are easy fixed, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful "
