"The rooms were very nice, the staff were extremely accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room is nice but there were some issues with replenishment of items in busy times. On check out there were some confusions about what had already been paid for via Expedia. It took a little while to sort out. "

"Unique experience. "Treetops" in Hampshire! Well, thirty years ago maybe. Perfect for visiting the Zoo, one minute walk entrance to entrance! Clean and comfortable. Refreshing to find a hotel where the heating is a controlable radiator and the patio doors open fully onto a balcony for every room. Good breakfast btw. Friendly, approachable staff and a proper key to your door. Dated and in need of redecoration in places (no, please don't) I liked it!"
