"A lovely guesthouse in a quiet road in Harmondsworth. We stayed in the family room which is a lovely size. The beds were amazingly comfortable and despite being close to Heathrow it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was brilliant also. We loved the stay and would definitely return."

"Decent budget hotel. Handy for the airport. Fairly basic but clean and well maintained. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. No tea or coffee maker in the room (Bottled water is supplied) but there is a complimentary hot drinks vending machine in reception which was pretty good."

"Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. "

"A straightforward place to stay enroute to Terminal 5. Easy free shuttle between the airport and hotel."

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."
