"We would have to rate this the loveliest hotel we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at a number of very nice hotels). From the moment we walked in (at which point, instead of having to find the check-in desk and possibly wait in a queue, we were greeted personally and our bags were taken up to the room immediately), to the farewell chats and thank yous, everything about this hotel was meticulous, friendly, thoughtful ... and delicious (we had breakfast every morning, and ate once at the restaurant and once in the lobby lounge). Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back!"

"I was a bit worried as I got a very good deal on the room rate- but the hotel was great. Close to Lambton Quay, modern spacious room, great onsite restaurant and staff were very professional and helpful. The lobby area is a little worn and dated and one of the lifts was broken, but it was fine for the price. "
