"Although in a built up area of highrise and carparks, it was easy to find. I rang ahead, and reception organised parking for us at late notice, which was very much appreciated. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We would stay again."

"I was a bit worried as I got a very good deal on the room rate- but the hotel was great. Close to Lambton Quay, modern spacious room, great onsite restaurant and staff were very professional and helpful. The lobby area is a little worn and dated and one of the lifts was broken, but it was fine for the price. "
