From the moment we walked in (at which point, instead of having to find the check-in desk and possibly wait in a queue, we were greeted personally and our bags were taken up to the room immediately), to the farewell chats and thank yous, everything about this hotel was meticulous, friendly, thoughtful ... and delicious (we had breakfast every morning, and ate once at the restaurant and once in the lobby lounge).
