A bargain hotel close to a main shopping and restaurant area downtown. Lots of street life but not by the hotel itself, which is quiet. It doesn’t have food service, but you can find everything within a short walk. Convenient for bus excursions to pick you up from near hotel. Many attractions you can walk to. It has parking.

Great place to stay, -clean, and room had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Lots of restaurants nearby two blocks away. Area was not the best regarding jaywalkers and undesirables but hotel was great including reception. No one in reception after 7:30 so plan accordingly.

There was no parking at this property. You had to drive around and find a place to park and pay a fee. We paid $4.00 for 2 hours, $8.00 for overnight. We only got 3 hours of parking. Had to pay another$8.00 and be out of parking lot at 6am.

Parking has height restrictions and they only have 8 spaces, so something that should have been communicated more properly instead of saying first come first serve. Gym is very small.

Stayed 1 night at the Ramada, check in was quick and easy. Was lucky enough to get a park right outside the back entrance but note there are only 3 parks like this, the rest are a parking belt and your car has to be under a certain weight and length to fit in that. Which i didnt realise. Rooms were great, really decent size could have done with bigger seats in the lounge area. Kitchenette had all the basics and there was a washing machine and dryer too. Distance was an easy 6 minute stroll into Courtney place to restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay at the Ramada. They didn’t have their usual parking options which would have been nice to know in advance as is a key feature of this hotel, but the staff were friendly and helpful with alternatives. The rooms are clean, spacious, warm and have everything you need. Would highly recommend as great location and wonderful stay

We were given the wrong code for the lock box so had to ring after hours to get access. The lay out of the room is very strange and the bathroom was not clean with mold in the shower and the walls awful. Also very noisy, could here the room next to us showering and people's conversations in the corridor. Would not stay here again.
