"I don’t usually write hotel reviews but felt compelled to share my experience. This hotel was amazing, from the moment we walked through the doors to the day we left, the staff were so helpful, professional, efficient and just generally happy to be working there. There was no request I made that wasn’t fulfilled from having a kettle to making dinner reservations on my behalf. Their concierge desk was well staffed, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. My first time in Boston and if I come back, I wouldnt stay anywhere else. It’s really good to see decent levels of customer service returning, well done to the leadership at this hotel, it was a refreshing please to stay. "

"Our overall experience was great. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant and our stay on the Gold level was outstanding. It was unfortunate to experience a building alarm at 4:00 a.m. but comforting to know that if there was a need to evacuate, we were given clear information and kept updated."
