"My wife and I spent a wonderful Valentine’s weekend at the Guest House. Peg was an amazingly responsive host before, during and after our visit! The house is beautiful, well decorated, and equipped with all one could need for their trip. The real show stopper is the natural beauty of the environment! Although I had seen the pictures online we were in awe of the sight and sound of the amazing creek. We are already planning a return visit this summer!"

It was even cuter than we anticipated and the location is an ideal mountain escape, yet close to the interstate (and a short drive to neighboring towns). Denise was amazingly accommodating and even surprised us with a sweet cake since we stayed during Valentine’s day. "We visited for a mini ski vacation. The house is spacious and modern. It is located about 30 minutes from the Cataloochee Ski Area and a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Waynesville. That worked out perfectly for us. We skied during the day and visited the restaurants at night. "

"The house was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and more. The hot tub was clean and hot even in the snow! The only problem we had was not being able to get back up the driveway due to the gravel being wet and ice forming when it snowed, but we ended up just parking our cars at the top of the driveway and had no issues. Overall, a great stay.I would not take a car that doesn’t have 4 wheel drive. "
