"Visit with our Ashville kids was disrupted by the hurricane. We booked in Waynesville because it had water!! Absolutely love the area! This home was the best equipped vrbo I have experienced! Very comfortable and relaxing stay!"

"Once we saw that Waynesville was open to visitors We booked last minute to come up for apples and to enjoy the Apple Festival. This property was perfect! One block off Main Street and walking distance to the festival and downtown Waynesville with lots of neat stores and restaurants. Very clean, bed was really nice--much more comfortable than most rentals. We didn't use the twin in the 2nd room but I assume it was just as nice. WIFI and cable TV were excellent--included local channels and ESPN! (Hubs was happy!) The kitchen was fully stocked--we were only here three nights so I didn't cook but looked around and there was even an Instant Pot!!! If you're here for apple season make sure to go to Barber Orchards store. Apples, pastries, cider, etc. Best we've found anywhere. If you're a book lover, Sylva has City Lights (new and used) and the Friends of the Library has a wonderful store in downtown-well organized with a huge selection and great prices. Two suggestions--make sure you bring shampoo and hand soap as that was the only thing missing. Luckily we always carry the hotel samples so not an issue; also, when you get to the house turn down the side street---the parking is in the back. Tons of space and easily accessible. We had to go around the block as we thought parking was in front. All in all---one of the better properties we have stayed at; we hope to stay there again on a future trip."
