I had a special needs child with me and he was treated well and had a great time exploring. He made a bit of a mess at breakfast and the kitchen staff took care of it without getting upset. "This is the best hotel in that area. The entire facility was so clean. The workout room, breakfast area, elevator, rooms and carpet in the hotel were constantly tended too. No funky smells or bugs anywhere. We didn’t enter the pool area so that I can’t comment on. Our family had a great experience. "
