Nice and clean. Enjoyed the trip with family. Comfortable beds with clean sheets comfy pillows. Breakfast bar with healthy choice of oatmeal with Oat milk and walnuts topping with cranberry, dried banana, dried apple was my favorite. Enjoyed the scrambled eggs with salsa and grated cheese. Boiled eggs, cereals, choice of bagels, muffins, waffles, cream cheese, hash browns with coffe, orange n apple juice, milk, chocolate milk offered something for every taste and age. Pork sausage was the only meat option though. I would recommend providing some Halal meat option would allow most people to enjoy. One problem to mention as well, the bathroom door would not close. Mentioned this to the front desk. Hope they fix it before the next complaint. Would stay again on my return trip.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were polite and very accommodating. My reasons for 4 stars were uncomfortable beds, small bathroom, and strangely they only serve “bold” coffee, both in the rooms and in their lobby area. We had to leave each day we were there to get coffee somewhere else. Lol Seems silly but when you love coffee, it’s important. Great location and felt safe. Rooms were quiet. Definitely a nice hotel, just lacking on a few amenities we look for.

Stephanie at the front desk took such good care of my 75year old mom after I called her and told her she was traveling there alone. She was so kind and made such a big impact on my mom’s experience that my mom called me to tell me how sweet she was. The world needs more people like Stephanie!

What I appreciated most at Fairfield was the comfortable bed. I had recently been at a different hotel and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. These were great! The only downside was the noises in and around the room. The room had a little fridge that hummed all the time. I shut that off. And the ice machine was right outside my door. Convenient, but also loud. And the bathroom fan runs all the time. Overall, I was very happy.

The hotel was what you would expect. Nothing amazing just clean and modern. Staff was nice. Check-in/check-out was easy. They also offered a free breakfast but we missed it so I can’t comment on that.
