"This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. "

"My family had a great stay. The pool is directly across the street from the vacation home. Our kids enjoyed going to the pool multiple times during our stay. There was a minor issue with check in, but the communication with the owner was great and the issue was resolved quickly. Should the unit be available the next time we are in Florida, we will consider staying here again."

"Clean, great location for either Disney or as we were there for college baseball to watch our son play. Easily accessible to shopping and dining and a Publix right across the street. Easy checkin and a guard out front screening people who enter. Awesome stay."

"Was good for a few days. Then lost TV and internet. Called and got no response or follow up as promised. Last two days no TV in the common area and was able to restart internet after reporting the router. Login and PW info give was not correct for that room."

"no running water upon check in. Had to find someone to help with main water valve. Maintenance said it was not his job it was the owners (we could not get a hold of) still haven’t gotten any word from host. My husband had to find and dig up the main water line to turn it on! Thank god we checked in 30min prior, if it had been after hours I don’t know what we’d have done. I’m 6 months pregnant and we were traveling with a 3 year old. "Nice spacious place. Property staff were very freindly and helpful. Kitchen was very under stocked. The check in is a long process as we had to go to one property management company and check in then stand in line to check in, then be told we could not get the final check in done until 4pm and it was 10 minutes till... so stand in line again at exactly 4pm to finally check in. Management company also, sends way to many e mails and texts it became annoying. It is a ways from Disney but we liked...

"Great place. Easy to Disney. Can see the fireworks very evening. Stayed in these units three times. This time had bad neighbors but that can happen anywhere. The resort staff is awesome!"
