Pool heat was included and the water temperature was perfect especially for Dec/Jan temperatures. I was super happy with this alone. The house had everything we needed! "I have always felt that the measure of good service is how someone handles a problem. We had few problems that had the potential to hamper our stay but Chris and his property manager were very responsive and solved the problems in an efficient and timely manner. Kudos to them for providing such good service.The house was clean and exactly as depicted in the VRBO listing.Overall it was a perfect house for our family and the kids loved the Marvel theme."

"Just had a great stay over Christmas and New Year at Loma Vista…A very well laid out property which suited us, our young children and grandparents very well. The Villa is well kitted out, homely and set in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, complimented by friendly and helpful neighbours. The rear outside space, gardens inc. the drivewayare lovely and well maintained. The pool is nice and large with a lovely deep end, along with swim up stools and bar top. The main grab for us was everyone had their own rooms with bathrooms. We did have trouble getting into the home which was our fault, but the owner reached out and made sure everything was good and in place. I would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me...
