"The hotel is very nice, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The tub water control was broken and would only allow it to activate the shower. The toilet flush valve was broken as it does not return to the closed position"

"Some of the staff were very welcoming (positive greetings, alert to happenings on property, etc) while others never said anything or even looked up to see who was walking through the door. The chemical level in the hot tub was very high (strong odor and burning eyes for many). They have strict quiet hours at 10pm which is appreciated to avoid the late night rowdiness that can happen but they do not even permit things like sitting and playing cards quietly in the breakfast area, etc. Overall...
