As an introvert, I really appreciated the kiosk check-in process, it was seamless and perfect for me. The accommodation was great, and the dinner experience was made even better with the helpful guidance from the kiosk agent. However, the breakfast was just okay. Despite that, I had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely return in the future.

This is the 2nd time staying here. They have the absolute best pillows, very comfortable mattress (and I have horrible neck and back problems), wonderful customer service, easy and fast check in, very safe area, convenient location. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if needing to stay in Stevens Point. This is the absolute best place to stay and one of the cheaper options also!! You won’t regret staying here!

Although I didn't stay, I wanted to share my appreciation for the kiosk person who helped me cancel my reservation free of charge when I needed to change the dates. I had been trying for a while to cancel through Expedia, but they weren't able to assist. Thankfully, the kiosk person stepped in and resolved the issue. I truly appreciate the help. Thank you!

Overall property was nice in the center. The breakfast was decent, and upon entering, we were impressed by the futuristic kiosk inside they were helpful agents assisted us in finding the best nearby restaurants as we were so hungry. The front desk staff was friendly too, and check-in was smooth. Additionally, the business center proved useful to us during our stay. In general if I say it was nice experience. We just had one issue, the property was not having a elevator.

King suite was wonderful and great quality for the price! Whirlpool tub felt great, ambience from the fireplace was amazing and the pillows and bed were very comfortable and much needed after a stressful day at the hospital. This was an unexpected stay due to family emergency. Only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 was due to the caulking around the whirlpool tub needing to be replaced.

I liked the location being close to UWSP. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and the staff was pleasant & helpful. I didn’t like the mold in the tub grout, the brown stains on the towels, the black stains on the towels, the drips of old coffee(?) on the edge of the desk, or the stale smell of the bedding.
