We had stayed at this hotel in October and were ver happy with it that was why we booked again. Our on disappointment was we booked with breakfast included and it somehow didn't come through on our reservation. We couldn't add it after we got to the hotel because we booked through expedia.

Went to bed at 12. Woke up with a band playing in the room next to us at 1am. One of the bands from playing in the convention center was in the adjoining room. Called front desk was told to let them go till 2am. At 4am called front desk and was busy. Called sp police dept. Told them we called police. Police came and they refused to open door. We were in room 266. Night manager was busy at property next door.

Kids love every Holiday inns. Cleanliness. Family-friendly pool and this time they got to have a bunk bed. We have decided we only book a hotel if it is a “H HOTEL” kids named it😄

We left at 10:30 and they shut the lobby coffee off at 10. Another hour would have been nice and maybe cookies for the road. It's just a nice touch for travelers.

No soundproofing
Clean hotel. But had a birthday party of kids above us jumping off the beds and stomping around. I called the front desk and they stopped to about 5 minutes only to start back up again. We were able to switch rooms, but I didn’t get reimbursed for the suite room I paid for and didn’t get it. Because when we switched rooms, there were no other suites available.

Showers and water were terrible. No napkins or Kleenex in the room. Very far walk in the freezing cold hallways to the pool. No hot tub in the pool area. Loud music on speakers in the hallway that I could hear in my room.

This hotel has horrible carpets that are extremely dirty and poorly cleaned rooms. Nasty. We would not walk bare foot in the room. Needs lots of attention
