"Special shout out for the breakfasts at Hotel du Vin- I think they are consistently the best that I encounter from similar level hotels. Enjoyed my stay again at this hotel. Some sort of parking validation would be nice as surrounding car parks are pricey if driving "

"Lovely overnight stay at this fabulous hotel. We upgraded to get a room overlooking the Italian Gardens and were able to check in early, even though we arrived at 11am. The hotel is a grand building and although our room was in the newer extension, the decor in the room was in keeping with the rest of the hotel. We had a very comfortable night's sleep and enjoyed the leisure club with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room & pool. Breakfast & dinner in the restaurant was wonderful and we had a lovely walk through the countryside and stopped at the nearby pub. There are wellies available for muddy walks and the hotel is dog friendly. All in all, the best hotel we've been to and will definitely be back soon."
