"We stayed at Lake View from Monday - Friday at the beginning of December. The barn conversion is very comfy and cosy and it was really peaceful and quiet. We didn't see a soul all week although I would imagine in the summer this would be a different scenario. The drive that leads up to the barn is easily missed from the main road as happened to us and we had to turn around. There is no signage at the bottom of the drive also the entrance is a bit concealed and I would imagine in the summer...

"The house was great, larger than expected, but felt nice warm and cosy none the less. Fabulous location with a local Pub, Fish & Chips and Pooley Bridge & Penrith only a short drive away. We would stay here again."
