"a lovely property with the most amazing staff especially the manager Mr Peehann. Start with the property which was lovely, comfortable and clean with decent sized rooms. The hotel prepared a breakfast each morning with eggs but local pho was available. Additionally the coffee saffron was excellent. "This is a great place in this city and gives you a sense that you are staying in a local place. Very charming. We were in room 304 and had a view of roofs and vegetation… very tropical feel and private. Our only complaint is our toilet would have to wait awhile before a second flush. "Great little boutique property with an aesthetic pool, clean rooms, and wonderful breakfast. The rooms are nice and comfortable with good AC and comfy beds. The pool has limited sunshine in the winter months but it was relaxing and beautiful. Staff was very helpful. Just a few blocks from the night market, morning market, and a bustling downtown make it a great location for the city. Would recommend!"

"Beautiful room and woodwork. Only problem was I was on a corner by street and room had hardly any soundproofing so could hear neighbors talking till quite late. Also the dog occasionally barking . There was a confused rooster who started crowing at 3 am also. Not within the hotel’s control but not a good fit with the soundproof issue. Perhaps a room back into the center of the property would be much better. All staff were great and the massage was good. "
