Had a lovely time and if visiting the country again will book this hotel. The picture for once tell the true nature of the place. The location was amazing, a little on the outskirts so very calm but the hotel has free shuttles so easy to go around even to the airport !!! They can organise trips, visits and taxi easily. The FOM and GM were very attentive. Only negative point is the thickness of the wall, a little insulation would be nice. If possible book a villa probably a bit quieter.

Lovely Boutique hotel located across the river from the UNESCO area of Luang Prabang, Property provides free transport several times a day but night market and the town are about 15 minutes walk away. The staff were excellent and always greeted us with a cheerful Sabaidee,Would defiantly stay there again if we return to Laos

Very excellent service didn't ask for more even as I got drunk they still took care of me did not take advantage of the customers which is very good to me they weren't talking to him after I drank too much which I love that they kept himself and did their job very professional I would go back there and stay again and I will I love the very beautiful view of the river in the back they need a little work done to the back area finish and a little fencing for the back to be safe for the employee people to come there but other than that it's excellent view
