"Great location and very upscale. Beautiful hotel and I had this amazing room where I could watch the monks on early AM rounds. Staff was best I have seen at hotels and really loved Luang Prabang. "This was a good resort to stay compared to some of the smaller resorts in town. A bit removed, but walkable. Free shuttle to town was very good. Lots of stairs up to some of the room (77 by my count). Just be sure you know this before booking. Breakfast was great. Buffet plus ordering off the menu. Pool and deck facilities were great as well. The property support was able to reassign me to rooms at their other location, Kiridara Luang Prabang, but I have not been able to get confirmation of the pricing for the reassigned rooms and appropriate refund as I believe the new room charges are less than what I paid for the villa room.
