"Great heritage buildings in normally good location. Staff very good. But major works on the river are noisy and the traffic and noise around 530 am for monks alms is considerable. Rooms need facilities upgrading but tough in heritage site. We did enjoy the hotel and things of issue beyond their control mainly."

"Palais Juliana is a bit faraway from the city center. More a business than a vacation place. The hotel could use some renovation. Limited dining services. Transfer included from and to the airport is convenient, as well as the possibility of a free shuttle around Luang Prabang. "

"호텔이 있는 것만으로도 힐링되는 곳! 정원이 너무 아름답고 스텝들도 친절해요~ 루앙프랑방의 상징 같은 곳이지만 아침식사는 좀 개선되었으면 해요. 호텔 수준에 비해 너무 떨어지고 연못이 있어서 모기가 좀 있어요. 전자 모기향 필수! 그러나 올만한 충분한 가치가 있습니다"
