"Beautiful boutique hotel. Looks and feels more authentic than big chain or more modern hotels. Amazing staff and great breakfast. Only downside is that it is slightly outside the city centre (most tours wouldn’t do pick up from here), but everything is 10-15min away with a car/scooter ride. Would stay again"

"I have been staying in Centara Riverside every time I come to Chiang Mai for the past 5 years. The room is spacious with view. The breakfast buffet is tremendous. However, the bathrooms in the room desperately needs upgrade/remodel. Another complaint is long wait for the 5 guest elevators during checkout time, up to 30’minutes wait for a vacant elevator "

"As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and took great care of me as a guest. The food and the views were immaculate. Additionally, the complimentary activities and the free shuttle to the night bazaar was fantastic. My charger randomly broke in the middle of the night and the hotel staff charged my phone then walked with me to a local store to purchase a new one. I loved my stay."
