Large enclosed gardens and 15 minute walk into Keswick from back of the hotel (off road country walk)"

"An excellent property in all aspects, made even better by its convenient location. Guests can stroll down a private lawn to access starting points for bus and boat travel around Lake Windermere. It's not the most luxurious place I've stayed in the Lakes, but the location more than compensates. Highly recommended. I would happily stay here again."
