"Fantastic position in relation to town- lovely garden and terrace. Great staff and delicious food. Bathroom rather disappointing with very few toiletries and no extractor fan. View from rooms 321 and 322 rather sad to look out on as everywhere else in Keswick looks so magnificent! Had a fabulous stay though and plan to return next year!"

"Such a pleasant suprise, a beautiful hotel with clean rooms. Slightly dated but in condition. Gorgeous views and very friendly staff. There is also a lovely spa. Within a good distance from Lake windemere, ambleside and bowness walks (about 30 minutes). This is a beautiful and well priced spot for the south lake district exploring, highly recommend!"
