"Small rooms but clean. Bed was very hard. Shower did not have shelves for soap or body wash. The shower door came off the track and was locked in the shower for about 5 minutes. Heavy glass doors actually fell inward. I did catch it and lifted it but missed the track. My wife helped outside the shower and we were able to get the door on track. The bed and room were clean but very old furniture. "

"We chose this as it was pet-friendly and available on the spur of the moment. Check-in fellow was very friendly, place was clean. We had an excellent meal at Jeremy's On The Hill right next door. Notes: - Ask at checkin for the WiFi code, we could not find it. - And how to operate the HVAC. It's one of those universal symbol remotes that is easy once you know it but not obvious."

"The service we had from the front desk staff was great - very pleasant & helpful. The standard King room was clean & comfortable; small bathroom with tiny stall shower, but it served its purpose. The King suite my brother & his companion stayed in was amazing, though! Roomy, full kitchen with all the dishes/cookware you'd need, larger bathroom. If you're planning a trip to Anza-Borrego State Park, this is a great place to stay. "
