"This was a perfect place to stay after my half Ironman in Indian Wells. Close to everything: San Diego, Escondido for shopping, restaurants and hiking trails (Loved the Hodges Lake Crest to Coast trail) and close to the Anza Borrego Desert state park. "This was a nice place - basic but had all we needed. Was very clean which is very important to me. We couldn't use the code on the door though - didn't work and then later we were sent a different code but couldn't find that code. We just had to leave back door open which wasn't a great option but worked for us. We would stay again for sure though!"

"We had such a great time at Eric's property! Everything was exactly as described, clean, and well appointed. The property manager, Dennis, lives on site and was available to help with anything and everything without being intrusive.
