Only thing I didn't like is on the last day I was told I had to pay for water afyer being given for free before hand. Lady at desk was apparently the ops manager and was very rude! Only disappoint after spending £500"

"I really liked the ease of booking and checking in. I really liked the size of my room and dining options. I really liked the 'Grab and Go' breakfast provided at 3.00. a.m. I had an early morning flight and this was a great addition. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay £13.00, plus tip for a three minute journey round to the terminal!"
