"We were very well looked after at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in early at 1pm for no additional cost. We were very grateful for this as had been awake since 3am previous day for an early flight which was eventually cancelled after considerable delay. Furthermore, when my phone charging cable stopped working, reception guys were extremely helpful and charged my phone for me. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the food served at the bar was freshly cooked, hot and delicious at a reasonable price. We did not use the shuttle bus as had read it’s expensive. We got Uber from and to the airport for around £11 each way. We will stay here again for sure ! "
