"Nice pool and sauna. Good location central of bournemouth. Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. Downside is that they didnt clean the room on the third day despite us leaving the room fairly early, could be because of the room change though, so not sure. We did ring up for fresh new towels and they accommodated us with that at least."

"This was my 3rd visit. The hotel is like home from home, it has a lovely atmosphere. The staff couldn't be more helpful, the building is old and they do a good job of keeping it clean. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. "

"Stayed with my friend for a girly night away. Perfect spot for an overnight break. Close to both Swanage and Studland and also Wareham. The Castle is worth a visit and at the same he right time of year, step on the steam train. Very hospitable staff, great twin room overlooking the square. "
