"Overall the weekend was lovely. The staff are what made it. The main seating area is beautiful but can be draughty. The glass doors at the front door don’t really work and let a lot of cold in. The dining area is a bit of a disappointment atmosphere wise. The lighting too bright, the chairs are awful. It should be more like the red seating area which seemed to be kept for private functions. "The toilet was smelly and not clean, and the kettle needed descaling. Our towel rail in the bathroom did not work, thus having no heating in the bathroom when the temp outside was 1 degree. On the second night the heating in the bedroom flashed an Error, not giving much heat out. The staff were helpful and very welcoming "
