"Outstanding location, 5 minutes walk to earl court subway station and 10-15 minutes walking to major museums, lots of restaurants within a block, property is super clean and well maintained, rooms though are really small and showers are tiny and difficult to take a shower comfortably, biggest issue is with their AC as they lock temperature between 10-23 c and it can get very uncomfortable at night keep in mind we visited in April so summer time will be unbearable unless management do something...

"It’s in a safe neighborhood, the apartment is in perfect condition. Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, plates and utensils. There’s a washer - a washer/dryer combo, we hanged dry our clothes. The restaurant by the corner of the street was good and they offered discounts for the tenants of the apartment. The only thing to note is our apartment is on first floor, with two suitcases per person for a party of three, the staircase is normal (I guess in European countries), not very wide,...

"Great little property in a fantastic location. Walking distance to lots of sights and eateries. Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc. "

"This place was perfect for us. Family of 4, traveled with my young adult children. We had space, there are balconies in every room. It was spacious. Close to all major public transport. Also love that they partner with local businesses for breakfast or lunch and even the gym. Our next trip to London id absolutely stay here again. Anytime i had a question it was addressed right away."

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

"Honestly this was the nicest stay me and my husband have had! The interior was so nice and had everything we needed. Bathroom was beautiful and bright, kitchen was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was near so many shops and restaurants and the train station was super close. "Great hotel. Was quiet and got a great night sleep. Fairly clean. Very close to the bus stop which we took, didn’t bother with the hotel shuttle bus as that was more expensive, instead we walked about 6 mins to the nearest bus stop and paid less than 2 quid. "

"We stayed at Copthorne Tara for a week. The facilities were good though the rooms could do with minor works. The location was great since High Street was only 5 minutes from the hotel. The staff members were very courteous and always ready to help."
