"The location was excellent, in walking distance to many spots we visited. We stayed for four nights. Kitchen was great, had washer and dryer which was helpful. It is up a lot of stairs. Would certainly stay there again. Cheers!"

The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. "Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. "The place has great potential but sooooo many little things that we had to ask management about. Filthy mismatched furniture, no coffee pot, no basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil). Dirty mattress. Doors don’t close in 2nd bedroom, lights don’t work properly, no face towels or extra towels (4 were there). A/c was a portable unit in the bedroom, but the windows had to stay open for the vent. Positive - large master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Nice area "

"The location of the property is outstanding and the property manager was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. High marks there. The photos of the main living area and the main bedroom were accurate. Photos of the rest of the apartment, not so much. "Zak was wonderful and extremely helpful when we checked in and Sona was equally wonderful upon checking out!! It was so nice spending a few days in a larger room with couch and washing machine!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Tower Hotel! Beautiful views of the river were def a plus! There are several nice restraints on the other side of the bridge and on the docks behind the hotel. Black cabs are always out front waiting to take you around town and the underground is close by! We would definitely stay again! "

Best location!

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was so perfect for us, especially as we were seeing Wicked at the theatre only a 5 min walk away. If you are using the Gatwick express this is also perfect location. Lovely to actually stay with breakfast included. So much choice in a beautiful restaurant. Large area to look after your bags for the day on arrival and departure. Check in easy. We had a basement room with no windows that I was a little apprehensive about, but it was fabulous with a daylight light ‘window’ we would never have known we were in the basement. We would definitely use this hotel again"
