"The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious! I wish there was NO fee to park. I understand a fee if we are in Boston or another major city but Waltham???? Complementary parking would go a long was towards unreserved satisfaction."

The bartender was nice but extremely slow We ordered food and on way out of kitchen door dropped 1/2 my sandwich. French fries were hardly cooked and stone cold. I asked for mayonnaise instead of honey mustard, there was no mayonnaise in stock, spouses chicken was ok but his fries were also stone cold. Ordered a burger to go for daughter and asked for toppings on the side, nope, everything on...

"Stayed overnight on a work trip, although I don’t live too far away, but there was snow in the forecast. Had never stayed at a hotel quite like this. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. There was a stale odor in the hallways and in the room, but I got used to it. For the price and location, I’d stay again. Definitely ideal for extended stays with a galley kitchen and sitting area."
