"My first stay at the Victoria and it was excellent. Room was small, but very clean, comfortable bed and excellent shower with plenty of hot water. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for you. We had an evening meal on the Friday which was very nicely cook and delicious. "This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"

My only issue was the radiator didn’t come on and it was quite cold in the room and a generator or something similar kept kicking in on a regular basis the whole time, right outside and it was loud. But I would stay there again."
