"Staff were wonderful; all were polite and very helpful. When I arrived the heating unit was not working great. I actually cleaned the front grill and washable filters myself that first night. Ironically, Maintenance was in the process of doing the whole building and got to my unit the third day I was there. The housekeeping staff was very polite and accommodating.
