"Great location, very close to Waikīkī beach. Everything was great except for the disappointing experience upon checking in. After a 6 hour flight, we didn’t feel an aloha welcome by whoever checked us in. On top of that, our request to be moved to a room with a better view was denied. This is a training issue with a single employee; everyone else were friendly. Room and amenities were great though. The complimentary Hawaiian coffee was always fresh which I loved. I’d recommend this hotel. "

Large rooms allow for different guest setups- like accommodating teenagers or families. We had a beautiful view of the canal from our balcony.
