"A great place for our family celebration, allowing for everyone to interact in the fun and games, to make the connection between the birthday girl and the children and grandchildren, times that they will always remember with very fond memories!The location so close to the water allowed for much enjoyment using all the available toys on offer! "Was so Perfect for my family. Place is big and new nice furnishings with modern kitchen. Modern interior. Perfect place for a relaxed stay. Outdoors need a wee bit of love. Grass was tall to walk on. nothing major..we loved your house and will stay again if needed."

The weather was devine so we made good use of the spacious deck, BBQ and outdoor furniture, enjoyed the lake-views listened to the chatter and song of bellbirds and tuiEasy walk or cycle to the lake. Everything you might need in the kitchen, plenty of space.The BBQ needed a good clean, but was soon done by us. "

"We were up from Ch Ch and had our son and his family over from London and daughter and her family from Ch Ch - 9 of us altogether. Loved our stay here! Kayaks a winner with lovely safe beach area. Table tennis also great.House very well appointed and clean and in good location as we had cars.Thanks!"

"Perfect location, walking distance to Eat St. lots of places for shopping, there is so much to do inRotorua. We arrived o. A sunday evening, due to a delayed flight. When arriving to hotel doors were locked and not a single person walking the street. Had to wait to get keys to our room . Once we got in room was nice and spacious."
