"A group was having late party on our floor even there was a quiet hour rule. There was a number to call but we did not know. Room doesn’t have dryer so I used the one in the shared bathroom. Be aware that there is no AC but a fan in the room. Shower is also small. Everything else was great. There is entertainment inside and local discounts"

"Perfect location, walking distance to Eat St. lots of places for shopping, there is so much to do inRotorua. We arrived o. A sunday evening, due to a delayed flight. When arriving to hotel doors were locked and not a single person walking the street. Had to wait to get keys to our room . Once we got in room was nice and spacious."
