"Traveled to the area for a wedding. Stayed here with family also from out of town. All were happy with the beautiful space. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Convenient to restaurants, historic areas, shopping. Jerry was very attentive and always available. Would highly recommend."

"The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us. "

"The home was exactly as described. Super walkable location, so much around but the street is quiet. Hosts were communicative and kind. "

"These apartments were so beautiful, tastefully decorated, super clean, and in a great location. The owner was available on call, left curated local treats (a lovely surprise!), and was very friendly. The location was close to downtown, but not walkable to downtown, which was fine with us. Passyunk Ave was 1 block away and very, very funky/cute. Overall, this is a 5 star property. The set-up, however, is two 2 bedroom apartments, separated by a hallway (that is private) with locks. "Our stay was brief but we feel rested. We love the giant mirror in the living room and the furnace kept us warm. Also, the street was amazingly quiet for being so close to South Street.We'll definitely be back!"

"The house was perfect for us to travel to an event at the Wells Fargo Center. Everything was as described. Host was very accommodating with check in and check out time. "

"This property has intermittently been our home away from home for the last few months as we come to visit our family member in the hospital at Philadelphia. It is a beautiful comfortable space in the perfect location. Now that it’s spring the outdoor space is a wonderful bonus! When not available we have also stayed at this owners other property which is also lovely. "

"Why stay anywhere else? Honestly! Huge rooms, comfy bed and pillows and really quiet (I was on the 5th floor). Good location if you don’t mind walking a bit and secure luggage storage if you need to check out earlier than your flight! "
