"The property was very well located and enjoyable. Easy to get to the Ayala Mall and IT Park. The staff (everyone in all areas) were exceptional and friendly over my 11 day stay. My only "Pet-Peeve" would be the TV system. The in-room channel guide was not "Updated" and did not have a "US News Channel" as one of the channel options. Many travelers I interacted with were from the United States."

"We love it, the first time we stayed there we have 2 bed. We have 1 small bed and the other 1 is so big, and then the second time we stayed there it was good too its same like before, but the last time i stayed there just a few days ago they give me 2 small bed, i booked the big single bed but they give me 2 small bed, but its okay they fixed it naman, mababait sila lahat duon at palaging naka smile nakaka good vibes❤️ me and my husband really love to stay there its our favorite hotel in cebu❤️"
