"Overall it was a good stay, with a great location right on the beach. The kids club and the beach club bar was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, probably just overwhelmed at times such as at the breakfast buffet and reception. There was a Phizer conference on at the resort which took over a fair bit of the resort and was fairly loud. I found the overall interactions with the front office not great. "My stay was great all around! I celebrated my birthday there and the staff even sang to me and gave me cake. Everyone was friendly, the pools were amazing, the grounds were always maintained and kept clean and our room was always made up and spotless. All of them - the groundskeeper, the spa staff, front desk, breakfast staff, beach security, lifeguard, housekeeping, the guide and drivers of the shuttle, etc, a big thank you for making our vacation so memorable. It is not all inclusive, and can be considered expensive for South East Asia, but it was well worth the price. It was less money per night than the Hilton Saigon Executive Lounge Floor, and offered more amenities. The staff are exceptional, and are the main reason I rTe this gorgeous proprty so high. Great rest and relation befor the long journey back to Boston. The spa was epic....
