"Very friendly staff. Not a three star hotel, but if you read all the fine prints and know what you're getting into it's perfectly fine for one night. Really close to the ferry terminal which is what I needed."

"The setting of Batad Pension is unbelievably beautiful. It’s worth the trek in to spend the night there and really enjoy Batad. In addition, the owner is lovely and warm, cooks lovely food, and goes out of her way to be helpful to her visitors. I highly recommend Batad Pension and Restaurant"

"It's a budget hotel but nice staff as all good but I could smell someone smoking "

"Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try...

"Very cosy and peaceful place to stay of you want to go around Puerto Princesa. Rooms are nice and clean and breakfast is good. The owner is a lovely person and makes you feel really comfortable and is a really good host. Hotel arranges tours for you with hotel pickup. Overall we loved our stay here and would book again if we happen to revisit Puerto Princesa."

"The staff are amazing, super friendly. It’s hard to rate this place low when the staff are just so darn friendly. But reality is we were there for four nights . First night power outage on the first floor, the manager so kindly moved us to the second floor to a bigger room with no extra charge. Second night there was again a power outage at about 3 am, which we woke up to dyeing from the heat . Third night there was a city issue with the water, so there was no shower available during the...

"The doors don't lock totally unsafe the room is dirty beds not sleepable. Bathroom awful the showers is over the toilet, mosqito galour I didn't stay here and walkea straight out. Non refundable but honestly there is no way yoi caj stay here. Shouldn't even be listed as suitable. "

"This place is so dirty. A cockroaches is wondering on my room,, toilet is not cleaned. Ceilings has cobweeb. Air-conditioned not working properly. Wont ever back to this place again. Customer service is so unprofessional"
