"It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel.
