The amazing the staff on top of everything. The resort has 3 pools. My room was right by the main pool. They offer shuttle service. The only downside was not walking distance to anywhere.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at the resort. At check-in the receptionist noticed that it was the birthday of my boyfriend and arranged a sweet birthday surprise in the room when we got there. The resort itself is also beautiful. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool, the private beach and the beach club. Staffs are all very polite and helpful.

All staff was very pleasant and kind. One of a kind resort. Food was so varied and delicious. Modern architecture and lavish style resort. Definately recommend and will visit again.

Overall, this property offers the best bang for the buck. However, if you need to make some reservations especially for Christmas and New Year celebrations, please make sure to ask for clarifications so that you know what you get. For example, if you need to dine in the open air for that celebration party, you need to tell hotel concierge clearly.

Too expensive for what it is, aside being charge for a dinner I didn't have I would expect a better service. Good for a short stay, I would only try the pool villa for a romantic weekend. There is not much activities nor entertainment here and you can quickly kind of locked in. Prefer Dusit Thani, Jparc, Shangri-la, Plantation Bay, MovenPick.

So nice, we came back
We stayed at this resort at the start of our Phiippines trip and chose to return when we had a hotel cancel 1 night due to hurricane Kristine. Nice beach, nice beach bar, nice pool. Breakfast is excellent. Good choice of resturants. Staff are brilliant. Reall nice, helpful and relexed.
