"The staff was extremely friendly and customer service was excellent. I only have a few suggestions for improvement. Wi-Fi here is terrible. The lobby WiFi only works in the lobby. It doesn’t work in the exercise room or the pool area and it runs very slow. The room WiFi was nearly nonexistent. Our room was the last room in the hallway and we were rarely able to pick up a signal. This was inconvenient as I regularly need WiFi for my business. "Our stay was excellent! Our room was incredibly clean, staff was very quick to fix our refrigerator that was missing the turn dial, and the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast at Hemingways was good, but pricey for the selection. The hotel itself is conveniently located within close walking distance of the pier, Neptune statue, and shopping. All around, we had a great trip!"

"We liked that it was tucked back off the road so it was quiet. Staff was very nice, room was clean but there wasn't any bedding for the sleeper sofa and it was late when we arrived so we didn't call down for some, just gave them our blanket. Would definitely stay again!"
